Structure And Architecture Draftsman

Description:

We are currently hiring qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions for our ongoing civil construction projects:

1. Architectural & Structural Draftsman

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor in Civil/Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit will be a plus)
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings

2. Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Experience in BOQs, measurement, billing, and rate analysis
• Good command of Excel and project documentation
• 3–5 years of relevant experience

3. Project Manager (Civil – Site Based)

Requirements:

• B.E. / B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in building/infrastructure projects
• Strong site management, coordination, and reporting skills
• Ability to manage schedule, quality, safety, and cost
