Structural Steel Estimator

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Structural Steel Estimator specializing in structural and architectural drawings, located in Islamabad. Responsibilities include analyzing structural and architectural drawings, preparing cost estimates for structural steel projects, and creating detailed takeoffs. The Estimator will collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of estimates. This role also involves preparing bid proposals, managing timelines, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings
• Experience in estimation, takeoff preparation, and cost analysis for structural steel projects
• Strong command of estimation tools and software
• Analytical skills with attention to detail to deliver precise and competitive estimates
• Project management and collaboration skills with a focus on effective communication with teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in time management to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
