Lead and Operationalize the Operating Model involving Weekly and Monthly routines with the LT, Ops Teams and System Partners
Develop, Conceptualize and Facilitate new business models.
Lead the development of Competitive Insights and Operationalizing the Competitive Insights throughs Reports and Workshops
Lead the Performance Management Pillar, tracking the delivery against different commitments and plans.
Step-change Business Planning and Performance Management Analytics
Develop Key Strategic Papers sharing ABP, SBP and other Interim Strategies for Region/Bottler Leadership
Developing Top Management Review decks (Monthly Reviews with BU LT, Quarterly Reviews)
Develop and Communicate Plans for Portfolio Expansion and New Business Models.
Develop Case Studies/Materials for Pakistan and Afghanistan GM for sharing with BUP and Senior Management
Developing Industry and KO Volume Scenarios using Past Trends, Macros and Competitive forces. This involves the use of different forecast models and using judgement to select the best fit model.
Holistic Business Analysis covering Share (MSRS and Nielsen), Consumer Fundaments (Household Panel and BGS), Commercial Metrics (Bottler Reports including Acid Test, ONES) and Variance Analyses like (MVA).
Forecasting the volume and value share gains given the past trends

Communication Complexities

Education Requirements

Graduate of Post Graduate Degree

Related Work Experience

  • Finance/Financial Modeling, Consumer Knowledge and Insights or Brand Management
  • 3 – 4 years of work experience

  • Ability to work with different departments playing an integrative role.
