SkyElectric is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to lead high-value accounts, manage complex solar projects, and drive enterprise-level sales growth across corporate and industrial segments.

🔹 What You’ll Do
✨ Drive assigned sales targets through direct sales and team-led initiatives
✨ Identify, develop, and close large-scale C&I solar projects (rooftop, ground-mounted, captive, open-access)
✨ Lead complex negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures for high-value deals
✨ Prepare and present detailed techno-commercial proposals and executive-level presentations
✨ Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic and enterprise accounts
✨ Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including CXOs and decision-makers
✨ Track weekly team targets vs. achievements and ensure healthy pipeline management
✨ Share weekly sales pipeline reports, regional forecasts, and customer insights
✨ Conduct team training on products, pricing updates, and market trends
✨ Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, execution, finance, legal) for feasibility studies, EPC documentation, and project delivery
✨ Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics

🔹 Who You Are
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
✅ Minimum 6 years of experience in strategic sales, enterprise sales, or key account management
✅ Proven expertise in handling large and complex C&I accounts
✅ Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management capabilities
✅ Excellent commercial, financial, and analytical skills
✅ Deep understanding of solar PV solutions and C&I energy business models
