Store & Dispatch Officer For Factory

Description:

We are looking for a Store & Dispatch Officer to join our factory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all store operations including dispatching, receiving materials, stock management, and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality.
• Dispatch materials as per factory requirements and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of IN and OUT materials.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure minimum stock levels are maintained.
• Coordinate with the production team for material requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in store or inventory management.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for record keeping (Excel preferred).
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
