Stock Controller

Description:

A reputed organization is looking to hire a qualified and experienced Inventory / Stock Controller for its Karachi-based operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are currently unemployed and seeking a full-time opportunity in stock management. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of inventory records, as well as minimizing stock discrepancies through effective control practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels across storage facilities.

• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of stock.

• Generate inventory reports and stock summaries using MS Excel.

• Identify issues in stock movement and resolve inventory-related concerns proactively.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth stock flow.

• Maintain a clean and organized storage system adhering to internal SOPs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounts.

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Inventory Management or Stock Controlling roles.

• Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, strong understanding of stock management principles, and the ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently.

• Languages: Must be fluent in Urdu and English (spoken and written).

• Age Requirement: Candidate should be 25 to 30 years old.

• Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed at the time of application.

• Residency: Must be a resident of Karachi.
