Stitching Master / Stitching & Cutting Incharge

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Garment Stitching Master / Stitching & Cutting Incharge to join our team at a workwear garment manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in industrial stitching and pattern cutting, with leadership skills to manage a team of stitching labor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise stitching and cutting operations on the factory floor.
• Prepare and cut patterns for industrial workwear (e.g., overalls, jackets, pants).
• Train and guide stitching labor for quality production.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with production managers for workflow planning.
• Solve stitching-related technical issues during production.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in garment manufacturing, preferably in workwear or uniforms.
• Expertise in pattern cutting and industrial stitching techniques.
• Ability to manage stitching teams and production lines.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and quality control.
• Must be hands-on and capable of operating industrial machines when required.
