Baroque , a leading retail fashion brand, is looking for a passionate and experienced Stitching Incharge to join our dynamic team.

Location: LDA Avenue, Raiwind Road, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily stitching operations and production flow
* Manage tailors and stitching staff to ensure quality work
* Monitor production targets and timely order completion
* Ensure stitching quality meets brand standards
* Coordinate with production and quality control teams
* Handle fabric cutting, stitching follow-up, and finishing process
* Maintain discipline and efficiency within the stitching department

Requirements:
* Intermediate degree (preferred)
* 4–5 years of relevant experience in stitching supervision
* Strong knowledge of garment construction and stitching processes
* Good team management and coordination skills
* Attention to detail and quality control expertise
* Ability to handle production deadlines efficiently
