Industry: Towels, Bathrobes & Home Textiles (Export Market)

We are looking for an experienced Stitching Floor Manager to lead our production floor and ensure smooth execution of export orders for UK & EU markets.

If you have strong floor control, understand export quality standards, and can drive productivity while meeting shipment deadlines — we want to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily stitching floor operations
• Achieve production targets as per shipment plans
• Ensure export-quality stitching standards
• Lead supervisors, line leaders & machine operators
• Improve efficiency, reduce rejection & control wastage
• Coordinate with QA & Maintenance teams

Requirements:
• 5–10 years experience in stitching (towels/bathrobes preferred)
• Strong leadership & line balancing skills
• Experience handling 50+ machines
• Knowledge of export compliance & quality standards

KPI Focus: Productivity, On-time shipment, Low rejection %, Team discipline
