The National Incubation Center (NIC) Islamabad is looking for a Startup Growth Manager—a high-energy "hustler" who can bridge the gap between product-market fit and scalable revenue. In an environment where capital is tight, we are doubling down on Product-Led Growth (PLG). We need someone who can help our founders build products that sell themselves, while still keeping an eye on investment readiness.

As the Growth Manager, you will be at the heart of Islamabad’s most vibrant tech hub, reporting directly to the Project Director and rubbing shoulders with industry leaders, VCs, and the country’s most promising entrepreneurs.

The Mission

• Drive Product-Led Growth: Work 1-on-1 with early-stage founders to refine their PMF (Product-Market Fit) and implement scalable growth loops.
• Master the Metrics: Focus relentlessly on Revenue Growth and Capital Raised as the primary indicators of cohort success.
• The 80/20 Rule: Dedicate 80% of your energy to operational growth/traction and 20% to preparing startups for investor scrutiny and pitch decks.
• Ecosystem Navigation: Act as the ultimate "door-opener," connecting startups to industry experts, mentors, and corporate partners.
• Report & Refine: Track performance metrics across the portfolio and provide strategic reports to stakeholders on successes and pivots.

Are you the right fit?

• The Hustler Mentality: You don't wait for instructions. You are proactive, networked, and know how to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: 5–8 years in the startup ecosystem (ideally having worked within a startup, VC, or incubator).
• Growth Toolkit: You understand funnels, retention loops, and data analytics. You know why PLG is the future.
• Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Entrepreneurship, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to mentor founders and present clear, data-driven reports to leadership.
