We’re Hiring: Staff Recruiter (On-Site – Karachi, Night Shift)

Psych Plus is actively looking for a Staff Recruiter to join our growing team. If you have strong experience in high-volume hiring and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment for U.S.-based roles, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct mass screening and shortlisting for U.S.-based job roles
Manage a high volume of candidates efficiently
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Requirements:
Proven experience in high-volume or bulk hiring
Strong screening and interviewing skills
Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
Experience with ATS/EHR recruitment systems is a plus

Job Details:
Location: On-site – Maya Office, Karachi
Timings: Monday to Friday | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Joining: Immediate availability preferred
