Description:

Patients’ Aid Foundation is looking for qualified Psychologists for the newly constructed Psychiatry Ward at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre.
The new ward has been established through a public-private partnership to provide high quality care to psychiatric and mental health patients. When fully operational, it will have 120 beds with separate units for adults, children and adolescents, and substance abuse/addiction.
Staff Psychologist
The appointee will provide outpatient and inpatient psychometric assessment and psychotherapy services for individuals and groups.
Requirements:
• Master’s (18 years) degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, and completion of clinical internship
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Clinical interviewing and psychological assessment skills and ability to develop and implement
individual treatment goals and plans
• Strong psychotherapeutic skills
• Competence in psychological test administration, scoring, and interpretation will be preferred
• Strong ethical grounding and cultural sensitivity.
