Staff Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

 • Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end/year-end close.

 • Perform bookkeeping duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll entries.

 • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).

 • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

 • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

 • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.

 • Maintain organized financial records and documentation.

 • Assist with tax filings and regulatory reporting as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Masters, ACCA, CA inter

 • 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.

 • Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping.

 • Experience preparing financial statements.

 • Prior experience working with external auditors and supporting audit processes.

 • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Caseware, MS Excel or other related software).

 • Strong understanding of GAAP (or applicable accounting standards).

 • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

 • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
