Sr Zoho Developer

Description:

This is a full-time, Sr Zoho Developer role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions across the Zoho ecosystem (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, and related applications). The Sr Zoho Developer will configure modules, create workflows and automation, build custom functions, and integrate Zoho with third-party systems and internal platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering requirements with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical specifications, optimizing existing Zoho implementations, and ensuring data integrity and security. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, improving system performance, documenting solutions, and mentoring team members on Zoho best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk) and related customization, configuration, and automation.
• Proficiency in scripting and integration technologies (Deluge, REST APIs, webhooks, JavaScript, and basic SQL or database concepts).
• Experience in designing scalable workflows, business process automation, and data models that support complex business requirements.
• Skills in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into Zoho solutions.
• Background in software development or SaaS platforms, ideally within mobile, web, or product-focused environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with attention to detail and a focus on data security and compliance.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead Zoho developer role and relevant Zoho certifications are highly beneficial.
