Sr Siebel Developer

Description:

The Senior Siebel Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Siebel CRM solutions, including customizations, integrations, and performance optimization. The role requires strong hands-on Siebel experience and close collaboration with business and technical teams in an enterprise / regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support Siebel CRM configurations and customizations

Implement Siebel Open UI, Browser Scripts, eScript, and Workflow

Develop and support integrations using EAI, REST/SOAP Web Services

Analyze and resolve performance, stability, and production issues

Collaborate with business users, QA, and infrastructure teams

Support SIT, UAT, and Production deployments

Prepare technical documentation and solution designs

Ensure adherence to security, audit, and change management standards

Required Qualifications4+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development

Strong experience with Siebel Tools, Workflow, EAI, and Open UI

Solid scripting experience (eScript / Browser Script)

Good knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL

Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated environments is a strong plus

Ability to work onsite in Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Nice to HaveExperience with Siebel performance tuning

Exposure to Siebel upgrades or enhancements

Experience working in large enterprise environments
