Sr. Officer/am Customer Service

Description:

Ismail Industries Ltd is looking for Sr. Officer/AM Customer Service

Key Accountabilities:

Logistics

• Coordinate export operations from factory (for all export customers in assigned region)
• Co-ordinate for timely loading at factory
• Dispatch samples to customers

Documentation

• Coordinate Pre shipment documentation: Inspection, Shipment booking etc.
• Coordinate Post shipment documentation: Invoice, Packing list, Certificate of origin, Shipping instructions, Insurance and any specific customer related document
• Coordinate for timely submission of documents to bank & dispatch to buyer
• Work on SAP files related to export orders / transactions
