Job Summary: 1. Yearly Preventive Maintenance Plan (Monthly Base) Based on Yearly Production Plan. 2 Overall Equipment troubleshooting 3. Coordination with the production department for daily base equipment maintenance 4Preparation of weekly and monthly base plans for preventive maintenance 5Identification of training needs to maintenance staff level upgrading. 6Responsible to control the equipment breakdown. 7Any other departmental duty assigned by Maintenance HOD or Immediate boss. 8Can prepare MC logbook, PM, Daily activity record and Break down record 9Able to communicate with subordinates for local purchase to execute PM plan well on time
