Description:
We have an Urgent need for Sr. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Infrastructure Consultant. We’re growing and looking for an experienced D365 Infrastructure Consultant with solid knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365. We are looking for passionate candidates that have strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and communication skills, and also possess hands-on experience with planning, designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft enterprise solutions.
Essential Functions
- Support the end-to-end delivery of D365 F&O projects
- Analyze clients' goals and implement the best Microsoft Dynamics solutions to transform their existing business processes
- A strong focus on business outcomes and delivering value;
- Lead requirements gathering sessions to understand a customer’s unique infrastructure requirements for Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, and Business Central
- Providing infrastructure requirements to support customer solutions on Azure and Dynamics 365 platforms;
- Provide consulting expertise and recommendations using best practices to clients to support new solutions;
- Participate in project/solution estimation and planning to support Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers;
- Respond to customer concerns as an integral part of project teams as required;
- Maintain certifications and participate in training opportunities, periodically attend local technology-focused user groups;
- Provide infrastructure leadership and act as a key subject matter expert for infrastructure as it relates to Dynamics 365, Azure,
- Ability to self-start in a complex and diverse technical environment;
- Comfortable with collaboration, open communication and proactively reaching out to cross-functional teams and customers.
- Provide leadership in solving complex problems and driving innovation to improve overall efficiency within the cost management function
- Maintaining communication between the implementation team and the subject matter experts (SME).
- Provide support at deployment and post-go-live to end-users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a combination of related experience and education
- 5+ years of consultant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience working in consulting environments and managing multiple deadlines and client interactions;
- Superb written and verbal communication skills are a must along with experience working within enterprise environments;
- Recent and demonstrable experience with Azure
- Previous experience using Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) portal from Microsoft;
- Solid understanding of network architecture, security, network protocols, and software-defined networking;
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, and Business Central;
- Experience with On-premises and Cloud deployments
- Advanced skills in MS SQL Server and Azure technology will be an advantage
- Experience with shell scripting languages (PowerShell, Python);
- Experience in architecting and enabling cloud infrastructure-as-a-service solutions;
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code provisioning (using scripting or tools);
- Experience with software deployment concepts and source control (dev, test, staging, prod);
- Experience managing Microsoft Windows desktop and server environments using tools such as Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell DSC;
- Proficiency with SQL Server supporting related to supporting Dynamics 365 and CRM client-server and 3-tier architecture applications;
- Ability to travel extensively both domestically and internationally as required
