Description:
Job Purpose:
- Lead the digital capability vertical in Digital Center at Zong
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan & drive delivery of digital road map as per company strategy
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and lead the capability evolution of all digital products and platforms
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of digital product capability road map including requirements finalization, internal and external development, testing, and deployments
- Plan and execute all feature enhancements, coordinate with product owners to develop new feature requirements and improvements needed in current customer experience
- Work closely with internal and external partners (IT, Technology, 3rd Party Vendors) to upgrade / improve customer experience across all digital platforms (Apps, Website, Customer Portals)
- Ensuring constant availability of all digital systems and addressing change requests through effective coordination with all stakeholders
- Devise and execute strategies to improve user experience, engagement and retention on digital products & platforms by improving the existing customer journey
- Responsible for prioritization, scaling and automation of all requirements related to digital products & platforms
- Develop product forecasts for target & growth monitoring
- People Management: Development, training and addressing other team issues
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education & Certification:
- Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputed univeristy
Experience:
- 8-10 years of work experience in relevant domain

- Strong understanding of the Digital industry and the opportunities and challenges in the local market
