Sr Financial Executive

Description:

International Packaging Films Limited is looking for "Sr. Executive - Financial Reporting" to be based in Karachi.

• Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely daily accounting entries and maintain completeness of all financial transactions.
- Post monthly accruals and provisions in accordance with cut-off requirements.
- Prepare and analyse trial balances; highlight variances and investigate unusual balances.
- Preparation of financial statements and management presentations.
- Handle intercompany reconciliations with Pakistan HO and other group entities.
- Monitor foreign exchange impact on transactions and ensure correct application of rates.
- Ensure timely submission of internal reports and coordination with HO for group-level consolidation.

• Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting/Finance. (CA Inter/ACCA/CMA finalists preferred)
- 3-4 years' experience in finance or accounting roles, ideally in a multi-entity / cross-border setup.
- Strong command over IFRS.
- Strong command over Power Point Presentations and Advanced MS Excel (i.e. Power Querry / Pivot Tables / Sumifs, Sort, Filter etc. formulas).
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
