Denim-E (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a proactive, results-driven, and passionate Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting top talent.

📍 Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
✅ Execute headhunting and executive search strategies for critical roles
✅ Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks
✅ Conduct CV screening, interviews, and candidate assessments
✅ Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
✅ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
✅ Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining hiring quality standards
✅ Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and applicant records
✅ Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
✅ Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring analytics

👤 Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
💼 3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Headhunting, or Executive Search
🏭 Experience in the garment, textile, or manufacturing industry will be an advantage
🔍 Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
💬 Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
💻 Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking systems
⚡ Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment

📌 Male candidates from the Garment/Textile industry will be preferred.
