Description:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sr. Creative Manager to lead our creative team and drive the development of innovative campaigns for diverse brands. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership to deliver compelling ideas that resonate with target audiences and elevate the agency’s creative reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the creative team (designers, copywriters etc.) to produce innovative and impactful advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with account managers, strategists, and clients to understand brand objectives and translate them into creative concepts.
- Oversee the entire creative process, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients, articulating the strategic and creative thinking behind them.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all communication channels.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural insights to inform creative strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and creative excellence.
- Mentor and develop junior creative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in a creative leadership role within an advertising or marketing agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective creative work across multiple channels (digital, print, TV, social, experiential).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage creative teams, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- Proficiency in creative tools/software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is an advantage.
