Sr. Clinical Operations Executive

SHINE Humanity Pakistan is looking for an experienced and proactive Sr. Executive Clinical Operations for their head office located in Karachi to oversee clinic operations, drive operational excellence, and support the successful implementation of healthcare programs across our network 

Key Responsibilities: 
Oversee daily operations of assigned clinics and healthcare projects to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Monitor patient flow, staff performance, service quality and operational efficiency while identifying areas for improvement. 
Support the implementation of health programs, organizational initiatives and new projects across clinic locations.
Supervise clinic supervisors and support staff, providing guidance, coaching and performance feedback.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, SoPs, health & safety standards and donor requirements.
Conduct regular field visits, operational audits and site inspections to maintain quality standards.
Analyze operational data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
Manage clinic resources, inventory and facility requirements.
Support stakeholder engagement, donor visits and community outreach activities.

Qualifications & Experience: 
Bachelor's /Master’s degree in  Business Administration,Healthcare management or a related field. 
3–5 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, hospital administration.
Experience in the NGO, healthcare sector will be preferred. 
Strong command of MS office and data management/ reporting systems. With good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits and operational monitoring.
