What You’ll Do:

• Prepare accurate material take-offs and estimates based on US project specs and drawings.
• Collaborate with teams to create competitive bid proposals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through design reviews and constructability analysis.
• Manage RFIs and streamline estimation processes.
• Evaluate risks and propose mitigation strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in US-based construction estimation.
• Skills: Proficiency in tools like PlanSwift, Bluebeam, MS Excel, etc.
• Expertise: Familiarity with General Contracting (GC) and MEP trades.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.
