Sr Business Analyst

​PureLogics is looking for a skilled Technical Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience who can bridge business and technology while actively supporting technical presales, client consultations, and solution discovery.

​Key Responsibilities

​Gather, analyze, and document business & functional requirements.

​Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and technical documentation.

​Conduct requirement elicitation workshops and stakeholder meetings.

​Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams throughout the SDLC.

​Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.

​Drive technical presales activities, including client discovery sessions, solution consulting, proposal support, effort estimation, RFP/RFI responses, and product demonstrations.

​Ensure requirement traceability and recommend process improvements.

​Requirements

​Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

​3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software industry. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.

​Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI/Tableau, UML, and BPMN.
