Description:
We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead and elevate our brand presence across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging, driving market positioning, and collaborating cross-functionally to strengthen brand equity in a competitive IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Own and manage the brand identity, tone, and positioning across all platforms.
- Lead website branding, content strategy, and UX alignment with brand guidelines.
- Oversee digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, paid campaigns, and email marketing.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine brand positioning.
- Plan and manage brand campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across internal teams, vendors, and partners.
- Collaborate with design, product, sales, and performance marketing teams.
- Track and report on brand KPIs, awareness metrics, engagement, and ROI.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the IT or tech industry.
- Strong expertise in digital branding, social media strategy, SEO, and website optimization.
- Proven experience in developing and scaling brands in competitive markets.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with branding tools, analytics platforms, and marketing dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
