Position: Sr. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – QMS Compliance

About the Role:
Utopia Industry is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – QMS Compliance to lead and monitor the implementation of Quality Management Systems and ensure organizational alignment with international standards such as ISO 9001 and customer compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead QMS implementation and ensure compliance across all departments.
• Conduct internal audits, manage CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions), and follow up on audit observations.
• Maintain all QMS documentation, manuals, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with external auditors and certification bodies for surveillance and re-certification audits.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide QMS-related training and awareness sessions to teams.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile, or related fields.
• 4–6 years of experience in QMS or Compliance within a textile or manufacturing industry.
• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and relevant standards.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in handling audits and compliance documentation.
