We are seeking an exceptional Senior Agentic AI Engineer to join our core team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and deploying complex, autonomous AI agents that can reason, plan, and execute tasks in dynamic environments. You will work with cutting-edge agentic frameworks and design patterns to create robust and sophisticated systems. The ideal candidate is a master programmer with a deep understanding of AI, a strong bias for action, and a relentless drive to build what's next.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine sophisticated, multi-step AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph or similar.
- Implement and innovate on established Agentic AI design patterns (e.g., ReAct, Self-Correction, Reflection, Planning, Tool Use, Multi-Agent Collaboration).
- Architect and apply MCP to orchestrate and govern the behavior of multiple agents within a complex system.
- Develop and optimize highly effective prompts and prompt chains, employing advanced prompt engineering techniques to elicit desired behaviors from LLMs.
- Build and maintain complex software systems, demonstrating an ability to understand and navigate large-scale system designs.
- Leverage AI-powered programming tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to maximize development velocity and code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agentic systems into our core products and infrastructure.
- Drive projects from ideation to production, embodying a strong bias for action and a commitment to delivering results quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of professional software development experience with expert-level proficiency in Python.
- Proven, hands-on experience building and deploying complex AI agents in a production environment.
- Deep knowledge and practical experience with one or more agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
- Strong theoretical and practical understanding of various Agentic AI patterns.
- Demonstrable expertise in advanced prompt engineering.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.).
- Solid grasp of core Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis, and networks.
- Excellent ability to understand, analyze, and contribute to complex system designs and architectures.
- Experience with MCP concepts and implementation.
- Contributions to open-source AI or agentic intelligence projects.
