Sr. Accountant

Description:

Ensmile Studios is looking for a Senior Accountant to independently manage all accounting operations. This role requires a highly responsible professional who can handle the complete accounting cycle, maintain financial records, and present reports directly to the manager.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Oversee daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance

✔️ Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations

✔️ Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports

✔️ Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including filing sales tax and income tax returns

✔️ Process payroll, manage employee benefits, and handle expense reimbursements

✔️ Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting

✔️ Handle audits and coordinate with external auditors when required

✔️ Maintain accurate financial documentation and reporting systems

✔️ Present financial reports and insights to the management for decision-making

Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance (ACCA, CA, or relevant certification is a plus)

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment

Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, ERP software, and financial reporting

Competencies: High attention to detail, analytical mindset, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills
