• Lead and manage a recruitment team to achieve hiring and onboarding goals efficiently.
• Supervise interviews and ensure all recruitment processes meet quality and compliance standards.
• Oversee the complete onboarding and exit lifecycle of interns, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Track team performance, maintain accurate records, and submit timely progress reports to management.
• Act as the communication bridge between senior leadership and the team, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely documentation.
• Drive team motivation, accountability, and productivity to consistently improve onboarding numbers and performance outcomes.

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in HR, Business, Journalism, Arts, or related fields.
• Strong preference for MBA candidates and graduates (all specializations).
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong interest in management support, coordination, and Human Resources leadership.
