Sher Serve is actively seeking a skilled and results-driven SQA Manager to lead its quality assurance efforts for various high-impact technology projects. This is a full-time position based in Faisalabad and presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced QA professional who is passionate about software testing, automation, and team leadership.

The SQA Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end QA lifecycle, from test planning and execution to deployment readiness and post-release support. You will play a crucial role in setting and enforcing quality standards, ensuring that products meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Your expertise in both manual and automated testing techniques will be vital in identifying bugs, enhancing system performance, and maintaining product stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations.

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on product requirements.

• Oversee execution of functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Drive automation initiatives and work closely with DevOps and development teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

• Monitor and report on QA metrics, including test coverage, defect density, and test execution progress.

• Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards in quality assurance and risk management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of hands-on QA experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role.

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
