Description:

The Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager is a contract role responsible for identifying, securing, and managing strategic sponsorships and partnerships that align with BlossomShed’s healthy living mission. This hybrid position is based in Lahore, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day tasks include researching prospective partners, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors and partner organizations. The role also involves coordinating cross-functional collaboration with marketing, content, and operations teams to design joint campaigns, track performance of partnership initiatives, and report on key results. The manager will continuously explore new partnership opportunities across wellness, food, travel, digital media, and lifestyle sectors to grow BlossomShed’s reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills, including experience developing and executing sponsorship and collaboration strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Communication skills to build, nurture, and maintain long-term partner relationships.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to assess partnership performance, optimize sponsorship packages, and support data-driven decisions.
• Relevant experience in marketing, business development, or brand partnerships within lifestyle, wellness, food, or digital media sectors is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate agreements, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results against clear targets is preferred.
• Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Lahore, with the ability to collaborate both in person and remotely.
