Description:

  • We’re looking for a data-driven, tech-savvy GTM Specialist who thrives at the intersection of marketing, sales, and automation.
  • You’ll be responsible for building and executing scalable outbound and inbound GTM motions using modern tools like Clay.com, Apollo.io, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and enrichment platforms.
  • You’ll partner closely with Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams to identify high-intent prospects, orchestrate outreach campaigns, and optimize conversion funnels from top-of-funnel to closed-won.

 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and manage GTM workflows using Clay.com for data enrichment, prospect scoring, and personalized list building.
  • Leverage Apollo.io to design, automate, and optimize outbound campaigns (emails, calls, sequences).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) and craft messaging that converts.
  • Integrate tools (e.g., Clay → Apollo → HubSpot / CRM) for seamless data flow and campaign tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to improve deliverability, reply rates, and ROI.
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, sequences, and audience targeting.
  • Maintain data hygiene across GTM systems (CRM, enrichment tools, email platforms).
  • Stay ahead of GTM best practices, emerging tech, and AI-driven automation tools.

 

What You’ll Bring :

  • 2–5 years of experience in GTM, growth, or revenue operations roles.
  • Proven experience with Clay.com, Apollo.io, and at least one CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
  • Strong understanding of prospecting workflows, enrichment data, and multichannel outreach.
  • Hands-on experience building personalized campaigns at scale using automation.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in interpreting performance data and optimizing workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A bias for action and experimentation – you love testing new ideas and tools.

 

Nice to Have :

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly.ai, Lemlist, or other outbound automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Airtable for workflow automation.
  • Exposure to AI-powered GTM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Clay templates, custom scrapers).
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and lead nurturing frameworks.
