Special Education Specialist

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Education Specialist, based in Lahore. The Specialist will design and implement effective educational plans tailored to the needs of students with special needs. Responsibilities include applying evidence-based strategies such as Applied Behavior Analysis, fostering communication development, collaborating with educators and parents, and working directly with children to promote learning and development. The role requires a strong commitment to supporting students in achieving their educational and social goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis
• Proven ability in Communication and effectively collaborating with parents, teachers, and support staff
• Experience in Education, including developing and adapting instructional strategies
• Hands-on experience working with children in an educational or therapeutic setting
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create inclusive and supportive learning environments
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Experience with diverse learning needs and disabilities considered a plus
