Solar Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the solar industry
  • Should having exposure in dealership network
  • Conduct client meetings to assess energy needs and recommend suitable solar solutions
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and technical product demonstrations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring post-sales support and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports for management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the *solar energy sector*
  • In-depth knowledge of solar products, solutions, and market trends
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
