Solar Design Manager

Beacon Energy Ltd – BEL is looking for SOLAR DESIGN MANAGER

What we're looking for:

• Understand Hybrid and grid tied photovoltaic system design (100kW - 5MW AC).

• Use solar modeling software to provide accurate energy production estimates

• Specify system components, prepare one-line electrical drawings, and site plans using AutoCAD software for utility interconnection, permitting, and construction drawings.

• Generate pricing for complex commercial solar projects. Work closely with the Development Team.

• Civil Engineers, Surveyors to assist with technical guidance and refine project design to overcome site-specific challenges.

• Work closely with Operations Team and Project Managers to provide design support prior to and during construction Motivating and encouraging internal and external design teams.

• Ensuring structural drawings and designs are produced on time, to a high quality, and are easy to decipher

• Avoiding errors and reducing financial risk. Ensuring designs are available to those who need them at the appropriate time

 Education: BE Electrical

Experience: 8 - 9 year
