Description:
Nimbus Consulting is looking to hire a Solar Assistant Project Manager (APM) for a USA-based client operating in the EST time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing solar energy projects, supporting timelines, budgets, and project milestones.
- Help with document management, meeting coordination, and project tracking.
- Support interactions with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure clear and timely communication.
- Collect, organize, and analyze project data to assist senior staff in decision-making and reporting.
- Provide general support to the President and senior staff on scheduling, logistics, and operational needs.
- Handle research, documentation, and administrative duties as needed to support daily operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, energy, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
