This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in client-facing support, especially within the real estate sector, and who are passionate about delivering high-quality technical assistance.
The selected candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the technical team, ensuring seamless implementation, problem resolution, and continued satisfaction with our software solutions. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, providing user training, and offering real-time support to real estate professionals using our customized platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line software support to clients, particularly within the real estate sector.
Troubleshoot technical problems and ensure quick and effective resolution.
Collaborate with the development team to address software bugs and system updates.
Conduct client training sessions to ensure proper usage of applications and modules.
Maintain logs of client issues, feedback, and resolved tickets for internal reporting.
Assist in system installations, configurations, and basic software setup for clients.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Maintain confidentiality and security of client data and systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, or M.Com from a recognized institution.
2–3 years of proven experience in software support, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-first approach.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in software systems related to real estate workflows will be a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools is desirable.
