Role and Responsibilities

The candidate must:

· Investigate client-reported problems

· Taking ownership of customer issues (Level 2) reported by end users.

· Responsible for providing technical/software support.

· Must have a strong command on SQL queries to provide DB level support.

· Investigate and resolve complex software issues reported by end user.

· Strong understanding of Medical Billing and compliance requirements.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-pace environment.

· Ensure all issues are properly logged.

· Ensure the application is fully functional.

 

è RCM / healthcare domain knowledge would be a positive point

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Must have Bachelor’s degree in SE/CS/IT

Experience: 1-3 years of experience

Preferred Skills

Good understanding of SQL Queries, HTML, CSS, Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
