As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist – Automation, you will ensure the quality and stability of web and mobile applications through well-structured test plans, automation frameworks, and real-world testing. Your hands-on expertise with Selenium and Appium is essential in building test coverage for a wide range of products. You’ll work closely with our developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers in our Lahore office to uphold high-quality standards across releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute automated test cases for web and mobile apps using Selenium (Web) and Appium (Mobile)
• Develop scalable, maintainable test automation frameworks
• Conduct regression, functional, performance, and smoke testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify quality issues early
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Analyze results, log bugs, and maintain test documentation
• Validate APIs and backend systems alongside frontend testing
• Contribute to sprint planning and Agile QA processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of QA experience with a strong automation focus
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Appium for cross-platform automation
• Solid grasp of QA methodologies, STLC, and bug tracking systems
• Familiar with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Git, and Postman
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control
