Description:

This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about ensuring the quality and performance of software products in a flexible, supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and cases.
Execute manual and automated test cases to verify product quality and performance.
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or similar platforms.
Perform regression, functional, and integration testing as necessary.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of QA processes, practices, and documentation.
Candidate Profile:
Recent graduate or early-career professional with 0–2 years of experience in software testing or QA.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, or JIRA is advantageous.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote work environment.
Bonus Points:
Experience writing or maintaining automated test scripts.
Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
