As a QA Engineer, you will act as the final gatekeeper before code reaches the customer, ensuring that every release is polished, reliable, and user-ready. You will think like a user, act like an engineer, and investigate like a detective—anticipating issues and addressing them proactively to deliver top-notch software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive manual testing of software applications to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.

• Develop, document, and maintain detailed test cases and test plans to cover all aspects of functionality.

• Track defects using appropriate tools, report issues clearly, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

• Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on product quality and testing processes.

• Familiarity with automation tools is a valuable asset and will be encouraged to streamline testing processes.

• Maintain a detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to releasing clean, user-friendly software.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance and manual testing.

• Proven expertise in writing and executing test cases and thorough defect tracking.

• Experience or familiarity with automation testing tools is considered a strong advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work onsite in Islamabad from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a collaborative and proactive approach.
