Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Constelle Business Solutions is urgently looking to hire a Software Quality Assurance Engineer with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the ride-hailing or related mobility sector. As an SQA Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating and testing software programs to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations. You’ll play a critical role in detecting bugs, validating features, and ensuring high performance and security across the application stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases.

• Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.

• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to resolve issues.

• Ensure all quality assurance processes and best practices are followed.

• Validate bug fixes and improvements in different environments and platforms.

• Contribute to continuous process improvement for software testing strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software QA and testing.

• Prior experience in ride-hailing or similar industry will be preferred.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and QA methodologies.

• Proficient in creating test plans, executing test cases, and reporting defects.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
