Description:
Douxl Technologies is seeking a motivated SQA Engineer to join our team. We are working on various products and projects, and we require a dedicated professional with 02 to 03 years of experience who is eager to grow with us and contribute to long-term projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for products and projects.
- Perform manual testing to identify bugs, issues, and discrepancies in software functionality.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Document and report bugs, issues, and test results clearly using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, etc.).
- Perform regression testing, smoke testing, functional testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure stability and performance.
- Review and analyze system specifications to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Work closely with team members to develop a deep understanding of the project scope and deliverables.
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes to enhance software quality.
Requirements:
- Experience: 02 to 03 years of proven experience as an SQA or similar role.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of manual testing processes and bug life cycles.
- Knowledge of defect-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello) is a plus.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work on long-term projects and grow with the organization.
