Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Description:

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer / Analyst with 4+ years of experience to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining high product standards through strong testing practices and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools
• Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Execute regression, smoke, functional, and integration testing
• Ensure product quality throughout the SDLC
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Improve QA processes and testing standards continuously

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer / QA Analyst
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC
• Hands-on experience with manual testing
• Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)
• Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, ClickUp, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL and basic database testing
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
