Software Project Manager

Description:

Sobah Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Project Manager to oversee client projects and ensure smooth delivery of our software products. The role involves coordinating between clients, internal development, and support teams, while ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met.

Job Location: Gulberg, Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring alignment with product capabilities.
• Conduct and document meeting notes, share minutes, and communicate action items clearly with stakeholders.
• Follow up with internal teams (development, QA, support) and track progress against deadlines.
• Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of client-specific requirements.
• Notify clients and internal stakeholders about project updates, escalations, and completion statuses.
• Ensure effective collaboration across teams and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven project management experience in software/product-focused organizations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously.
• The role requires an overlap of at least 4 working hours with US business hours.
