🎯 Job Title: Software Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer (MS Dynamics 365 F&O) with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in development and customization within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing technical solutions, customizing existing features, and supporting the delivery of Dynamics 365 projects aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, customize, and maintain solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) using X++, C#, and related technologies.
2. Design and implement integrations between D365 FO and other systems using APIs, data entities, and OData services.
3. Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and documentation.
4. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing customizations or configurations.
5. Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical specifications.
6. Support system testing, deployment, and post-go-live maintenance.
7. Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
8. Stay updated on new D365 FO features, updates, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. 2–3 years of experience in development and customization within Dynamics 365 F&O / AX 2012.
3. Strong programming skills in X++, and familiarity with C#, .NET Framework, and Visual Studio.
4. Good understanding of D365 FO architecture, data entities, extensions, and integration frameworks.
5. Experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services), Azure DevOps, and version control.
6. Knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS reports, and performance tuning techniques.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
