Software Engineer

OCloud Solutions is hiring a skilled and experienced Software Engineer – Python to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building efficient, scalable, and high-performing backend systems and applications using Python.

As a Software Engineer, you’ll be working in a dynamic environment focused on designing, developing, and maintaining robust software systems. This is a full-time, onsite role, suited for professionals who thrive in collaborative and growth-driven setups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Python

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and QA

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Job Timings:

• Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Onsite)

• Days: Monday to Friday (Standard workweek)

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience with Python development

• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask)

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservice architecture

• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL

• Good understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git)

• Ability to write efficient unit and integration tests

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
