Description:

S&P Global is seeking a Software Developer with expertise in Informatica Cloud to join their Corporate Team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, contributing to data integration solutions that drive operational efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Integration: Design, build, and deploy data integration solutions using Informatica Cloud and other ETL tools to ensure seamless data flow between on-premise and cloud systems

• SQL Optimization: Develop and optimize SQL queries for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources

• API Integration: Build and manage API-based integrations for secure and reliable data exchange between internal and external systems

• Troubleshooting: Analyze integration failures, provide quick fixes, and apply long-term solutions

• Collaboration: Work with analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and ensure solutions align with business goals

• Data Validation: Implement data validation and monitoring mechanisms to maintain accuracy and consistency in data

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud or similar ETL tools

• Proficiency in writing and debugging SQL queries

• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs

• Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and real-time integration

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other cloud integration platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, or SnapLogic

• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks

• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
