Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Lahore, allowing a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and advocacy for individuals and communities in need. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing action plans, offering counseling support, and collaborating with programs focused on education, social welfare, and youth empowerment. You will play a vital role in creating positive social impact and fostering sustainable development within communities.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Proficiency in community engagement, relationship-building, and networking
• Experience in case management, program coordination, and problem-solving
• Knowledge of social welfare practices, including child protection, youth empowerment, and advocacy
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Passion for community development and commitment to sustainable development goals (SDGs)
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic community needs
• Background in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
